Barb, you indicated in a previous post that Asensio may be barred from SI. Why do you believe that? Does he regularly post on MF? I have found his site to be the source of interesting ideas (BTW I saw you on the SOLV thread as well). Your comment that good lawyers are not cheap reminds of a joke I heard at law school. What the three most overrated things in life......Home cooking, Home (sex?).....and the Harvard law school! I dont mean to malign the Harvard law school, but I believe the point is that reputation will often exceed reality, and that is especially so in the choice of lawyers. Those that are in high demand will charge what the market will bare, but that does not mean for an instant that they are worth it. In fact I believe if you ask most lawyers who they would have defend them if they were in trouble it is rarely the "name" that the public is aware of but rather the local lawyer who the local bar respects, and that lawyer is probably only slightly more expensive than everybody else. The marketing of law is an interesting thing. You are buying a service for which you can never know if you got value for your money. But I am off topic. FWIW. Ron
