Many of those rich people inherited the money and led lives of privilege: Forbes, Koch, Trump, etc. In the case of the Koch's, they inherited a lot less than they own now and expanded far beyond the modest refining business they inherited. And yes, creating jobs along the way. We do not need Job creators, we just need an environment where people can create jobs. A strong middle class does that by giving people discretionary money to invest in business. Yeah, but someone has to start and run those businesses. Just having a class of middle class investors isn't enough.
