Staff said ,"A quick fix is to add liquidity to the system. They can either get it from the private sector ( which is very unpopular) or bring it back from the US by liquidating our paper and bring the money home for the Japaneese to use themselves.." If I read the report right, they just did this in Australia!! Correct me if I am wrong. TCLAUDE
