We need to invest in our economy, and the only way to do that is by taxing the rich.

What does "invest in our economy mean? What are the steps - money goes to what? Was the Obama so-called "stimulus" from a few years ago an example of how it works?
Why is taxing the rich "the only way?" It sounds like that is your preference rather than "the only way."
