More on AMES' future planning. Right now, AMES has to prove their operations are run with policies and business decisions that are fool proof. More fine tuning to achieve 3% profit on revenue. If no more store closing; it will be time to add stores and Web e-commerce. I see a great future for the stockholders' value appreciation.

AMES must refrain from emotional spendings. Must have an issue of new stock (1-2 million shares at $40/share)to spend on improvements of efficiencies (computers and software)and additional stores ( Los Angeles and Chicago)in more states, one at a time of course.

This is what dreams are made of. It all started with "clean and bright" stores to build employee morale.
