I lived in Port Arthur as a kid. But I don't think that makes any difference. Yes, he wants to be there to "show the flag." But there isn't anything he would do that he can't do by phone. Still, he wants to be in New Orleans if they get hit.

Since we have gone to 24/7/365 news, storms get waaay overhyped.
