Richard, regarding the America's Network list -- SBC, Ameritech, and Pacbell have WSTL listed for trial locations. However, all three are part of the JPC, correct? That means they are going with Alcatel. That leaves Bell Atlantic and GTE as the only potential WSTL groupies in the list.
