Those are fleet standards - not every vehicle has to meet them. That just has to be the average.

Well..... I know that but do you believe a fleet that contains cars, SUVs, and pick up trucks can average 54.5m/g in 2025? Totally unrealistic in my opinion. Millions of SUVs and pickup trucks get sold every year.
Tell me how the fleet average can reach 54.5m/g.
