Ezra Kline: Ryans budget cuts, would cut 2/3rds from the poor. As well he has not said how he would pay for more tax cuts for the rich. So Ryans budget would do the same thing W's did, explode the deficit. People wanting Ryan do not know what they are really voting for. At best.
