M2, it's all a con. If the Dems voted for it, the Repubs would've voted against it. It's all a con. The Repubs blame Obama for spending too much hoping the public is so entirely dumbed down that they don't know the REPUBLICAN HOUSE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SPENDING BILLS.
