As a matter of bankruptcy law, you haven't got a clue.

Here's a clue for you........lawyers get paid in Ch11 and they get paid LONG BEFORE the DIP is repaid. You should stop using words like 'priority' if you don't know what they mean.
Perhaps, I'm being harsh.............. but, WHERE did you get you law degree?
