KEYMARK ANNOUNCES NAME CHANGE TO ALABAMA GRAPHITE CORP.

August 28, 2012 - VANCOUVER, Canada – Keymark Resources Inc. (the “Company”) (CNSX:KKR) is

pleased to announce that further to its news release of August 21, 2012, the Company has changed its

name to Alabama Graphite Corp. to better reflect the direction of its business.

Trading under the new name “Alabama Graphite Corp.” will commence on the CNSX at the opening of

trading on Friday, August 31, 2012 under the new trading symbol, ALP. The CUSIP number for the

Company’s common shares is 010293108.
