1997 Sequential Quarterly Revenue Growth

While waiting for the earnings report I thought that analyzing the
sequential quarterly revenue growth would amuse and astound us...

Quarter Date Revenues Net Rev % of Growth

1st 12/31/97 $5,478,063 $341,630 N/A
2nd 03/31/97 $6,274,218 $255,422* 14.5%
3rd 06/30/97 $7,825,000 $544,000 25.0%

Lets assume that we will not see 25% but an average of 14.5% and 25%
which would be 20% sequential quarterly growth. Remember, other
temporary staffing companies reported stellar growth in their 3rd
quarter ending September '97. SOLP could report revenues as high as
$9,390,000 for the fourth quarter. This is even greater than my
guesstimate. An unknown factor on net income will be the effect of
taxes and remaining tax loss credits.

I realize that this method of projecting revenues is not commonly
accepted but it is interesting.

* Net income decrease was result of higher taxes and new division
start up costs incurred during the 2nd quarter.

Regards,

Tom
