how much upside there is in them, anyways paul? you are looking at them from a divvy perspective? And if you are, then the yr end tax ruling will determine a lot of it. If the tax rules lapse, then div. will be charged at a higher rate, prob. as an income and then you might see further sell off in utility stocks.

anyone has a counter argument to this?
