| Last night-after 6mp- nothing but ice water. I don't eat after 6pm. Today- an Amy's organic burrito for breakfast and the juice of 6 cuties, plus some water. 3 bottles of water at work, and a lemon tea snapple, and for lunch, one pretzel roll, two pieces of cheese, one balsamic vinegar coated cheese, and one slice of aged gouda, an apple, some cherries, about 2 TBS of sunflower seeds, 1/4 cup of Love Crunch granola (chocolate with berries), and 3 chocolate covered strawberries. Dinner- some GMO free cornmeal pizza with goat cheese, arugula and tomatoes, some fresh tomatoes from our garden with vinegar and basil, and a broccoli slaw salad. that's it. Nada mas. |
