One won't be sent to jail as the result of a civil case unless one commits a crime during the process, say, contempt or perjury.

So it will be very interesting to see how Bordynuik answers the questions put to him while he's under oath. If he lies to the court like he lied on that TV show ( about tankers being filled, etc ) it will be bye bye bordy.
