There are also lots of competing products around Microsoft's in any computer store. The point is MCAF doesn't count on the retailers that much. Many PCs shipped to corporations must have certain software packages pre-installed. MCAF just needs to make sure it keeps the dominance in this playfield. If every DELL and CPQ pc always has MCAF's product pre-installed, then this is as solid a company as MSFT.
