How is that Anti terrorist bill going? Its for around $1B or so,
and part of that is for airport security, right? Any lobbyists or legislators out there from DC that know when this bill will be implemented and spent? (maybe already, I haven't read the paper lately). And if INVN will be a big, small or no part of it?
