Many of us did not even have to go to fact check to verify Paul Ryan lied through and through in his speech. We knew about his character when he voted against Simpson Bowles as a commission member but then denounced Obama when he too disagreed with Simpson Bowles. We knew he is dishonest when he voted against the stimulus but then behind the scenes he went asking for stimulus money and when asked why he did so he passed on the blame to his staff. He cannot be trusted. The Romney-Ryan ticket is battling the likeability factor. There was no such trust issue in 2008. Both the candidates were respectable and honorable.
