Don: Let me get this straight. At some point in your past you've had a "silent" heart attack. This led to the discovery that one side of your heart was completely blocked and the other side was partially blocked. The immeadiate effect of this condition was that you had to slow down from a 3-mile jog a day to a 3-mile fast- walk every day. AND YOU ARE 84 YEARS OLD. If every heart patient was like you, I also would have difficulty understanding why SECP or EECP were necessary. Unfortunately most of us other mortals do not have your stamina, fortitute, dedication and everything else that let's you accomplish what you have accomplished. My sincere best wishes to you and congratulations on your good health. Harvey
