Can't get to it online, but the latest Forbes has a Mallory Factor article claiming the strategy is to drive more doctors into folding private practices and carrying their staff to large hospitals. There most all can be forced into unions. It says only 33% of doctors will be in private practice next year, down from 57% in 2000. Booting Obama ain't enough. It'll take guts, principle. and time to correct a host of distortions.
