It says only 33% of doctors will be in private practice next year, down from 57% in 2000.

And what about healthcare costs? Have they come down during this period, as greedy doctors were increasingly forced to become employees? No? Corporate and government medicine do not seem to be less expensive? What? The costs are growing faster than ever?
