I guess I posted too soon, here were the additional nominees:

Imanuel Pinez, Centennial Technologies (NASDAQ: CENL). Ironically the interim CEO at MRII was the same as CENL's... Maybe we'll ask him to vote the worst of the two situations!!! Here's a little background on Imanuel here:

This is the same guy that 'disappeared' for awhile. Maybe someone could update us on his 'legal' situation.. Unfortunately, castration isn't an available option for jurors in this case, perhaps then he could be prevented from further f***ing over investors!

David Walsh, Bre-X (gone!!!). This has been rehashed over and over, but he's probably going to be the winner... An amazing scam that pulled in even the most respectable institutions. Again, any updates on indicted officials and 'missing persons' from Bre-X are welcome :)
