Ravi,
I have been interested intrizec for a while now. I see in the Globe & Mail that the warrants are trading at a discount to the underlying stock. Some 45%. I can't understand how this would be possible. Can you explain the terms of the warrant/
If a warrant can be bought for $6.50 and exercised for 14.14 with the stock trading @ $33.00, why isn't everyone buying the warrnat, exercising it and then selling the resulting common share for an easy profit?
Are there some restrictions applicable here?
I seem to be missing something in the equation? I am sure it is just my very rudimentery knowlege of the market that is misleading me into believing this could be like "printing money".
Thanks in advance
Dan Byrne
