So it looks like CLL's assets will be rolled into this venture at a certain valuation, then CLL's market cap should reflect that, as a non-operator working interest in a larger venture. But we have no idea how much of CLL's assets will go in, at what price and on what cash terms if any. Seems likely that any cash received would go into retiring debt on those assets.

Please post any followups you find.
