Freegold, The Story of Canadian Mining, by Arnold Hoffmann, ISBN 0-7606862-5, E&MJ Mining Information Services, McGraw Hill Publications Co., 1221 Ave. of the Americas, New York, N.Y., 10020 USA. Best overview of prospecting and the stock market I have read. In short the whole game as it was and should be played. You might buy the odd mining stock after reading this, with considerably more knowledge than the average investor has about mining markets. I consider "Freegold" to be a must read. It is the single most influential book in my investing life. I will guarantee that few people would invest in stocks like IPM after reading this book. echarter@vianet.on.ca
