Could be another housing bubble coming back faster than anyone thought. Especially if the GOP get to control everything watch for easy qualifying low down mortgages to be open to lower credit scores again just like Reagan and GWB.. ... All this is happening already with a jobless recovery, very tight credit and such a divided disfunctional government... I much prefer a real economy booming with modest appreciation rates like under Clinton. Must be prepared to navigate the waters depending which way the wind blows..
