Peter, I agree as a percentage of total revenues they should decrease and this will show improvement over time, but my point still applies to the current quarter. I'm skeptical yahoo will make next year's estimates.

As an aside, Roger often mentions market cap per employee as good method of valuation for companies. So I checked yhoo as of July 1997 they had 239 employees with a current market cap of 2.5 billion or roughly 10 million per employee whereas Microsoft is valued around 250,000 per employee to the best of my knowledge. It would be interesting to see how Microsoft was valued on a per employee basis when their market cap was around 2.5 billion.
