Spent capital did not usurp uncertainty, it shifted it.

You stated "Risk no longer on exploration. Risk moved to production."

You must not have listened to Mr Talebs lecture. Risks definition will be replaced...

Conventional wisdoms definition about Risk remains for all exploration accept for exploration into nucleated oil deposits in shale within known fields, where the probability of hitting oil is above 90%.

This is not true offshore or onshore for drillers seeking reservoirs

Lowest cost producers will be from within Team USA. As the lowest cost provider, We will become a leading exporter of OIL, NG & NG Liquids. This is the component that will fuel the shift in the trade balance from deficit to surplus.

This will create deflation within energy sectors, and will reverse the manufacturing decline for Team USA>>>

Who says so?...The Time Shapes of Capital...say so...world wide capital is being activated to bring this conclusion to reality.

In a world suffering from Bandwidth deficit....one cannot let pridefullness interfere, as this source has a record, whereas most opinions are simply bought and paid for contrivances.
