Chartees: Check a daily chart of GE. Across August GE has been putting in what I call a "half dome head" formation. If one puts the chart upside down, the formation has a persuasive accumulation look. Since GE is an economy bellweather more than a stock market bellweather it shows the economy is draining away. The half dome head formation has a 80% chance of completion at the bottom of Vernal Fall.
