Note to myself:
Princeton American announced today that they just finished leasing their 20k sq ft building. Annual revenue for the two buildings is put at over $850k. Value Line puts the average REIT at 22 PE average, so based on 16 million shares outstanding (is that right?), PELT should be going for at least $1.17/share for the real estate alone. Phoenix is high on the 'Money' magazine list of "Most Desirable Places to Live" so maybe taxes and appreciation cancel each other out.
