The Variable Time Shapes of Capital gets it right;

Here linked is a summary of current conditions......

Dont know about what this tells you, but for me, this is all about Production for Forward Demand.

If the variable was skewed in some other direction, or spread across a wider geography these indicators would show it.

If countries outside of USA Canada & Mexico (NorthAmerica Complex), had substantially more working units, one could be clear that production share shifts were being forecast.

The absence of meaningful activity outside of the North America complex, suggests that producers have not done thier homework and are only Fully Prepared For the Past.

When this condition persists, how can any other elements of thier fearless forecasts be correct?

Truthfully they can not. Most of the Oil Supplied for the past decade was sold under the prevailing premise of Peak oil....

Many do not understand that the Black swan has landed and most didnt even notice.
