Look at Informix for another example of fuzzy figures. Last year they were a 939 million dollar company, with growing revenues. After they restated those figures, sales were actually 728 million (more than 200 million less than initialy claimed!) and so far it looks like they would be lucky to go over 700 million in sales this year.
