To Ibexx (and others on CHPS):

Was H&Q involved with the INTC tender offer for CHPS?

If so, does anyone have any information or opinions on
whether H&Q was being ethical in issuing very negative
research reports on CHPS in 1996 that drove down the
stock price.

If affirmative, please cross-post your reply to the active
RMBS thread: named something like "RMBS--Eagle or Penguin."
