Your possibly right since I am new to the company/industry. Do you know who else are in the industry and how they stand up against them. What led to the down fall from 1996 to 1997 (Earnings, Industry Problems, Lawsuits, ..........)? It is important to know since it will greatly determine their possiblity of a rebopund. John
