Hotmail has changed from not working to working.

Now I'm using browsers to try to connect to www.tdameritrade.com, and it isn't working. However, if i ping the same address, it sends a response, so the ping is working, I can access www.tdameritrade.com from an iPad in my house, but not from any of the browsers on my laptop.

I have no idea why hotmail and bloomberg changed from not accessible, to accessible.
