*Important and Urgent for Getting Equity Committee*. Nancy Holley of the U.S. Trustee's office reviewed our letter requesting an equity committee. She sent me an e-mail today which says the following:

"Mr. Read -
I have read your letter and am considering appointment of an equity committee. However, I do no see you or any of the other ad hoc parties mentioned on my list of equity owners. This is probably due to holding shares through a broker. Please have all of the ad hoc members provide me with proof of their stock ownership and contact information. I hope to receive this information this week.

Nancy L. Holley
Trial Attorney"

Please note that she wants this week (1) proof of stock ownership (I assume a statement or printout from your broker showing your holding in ATP would be fine) and (2) contact information (address, phone & e-mail) from each of the shareholders requesting an equity committee. We need as many shareholders to do this as possible.

The information can be sent directly to Nancy Holley by e-mail nancy.holley@usdoj.gov or by fax 713-718-4680. Please put in the email or cover sheet that you are part of the atp group of shareholders requesting an equity committee and that you are attaching the proof of stock ownership and contact information she requested.

Also, let Pal and me know when you send your information in, so we can keep track of how many do it.
