Must be nice to be able to make your trades "not count"... as and when you'd like them to "not count"... ??? How does that work, anyway... And, can anyone show me how it is LEGAL... and not a crime... as, even if authorized by someone in the government, it will have the government engaged in enabling the practice of flagrant market fraud ? Enabling fraud... instead of preventing it... doesn't seem likely to pass muster ... anywhere... ever... as consistent with "the rule of law"...
