Unlikely.<<<< This the only item that can turn CDRD around. Why is it "unlikely"? Remember, Merrill, Lehman, & Unterberg Towbin are behind them. They are not small fry! Common sense dictates a major announcement after a secondary offering. Btw, Loral shares were heating up last week too! The next two weeks should be interesting! Next support is at $16.87 but I might be out before then.
