According to the 1996 annual report, holders of the class A warrants are entitled to acquire 0.58 of a share of subordinate voting stock for each warrant + C$14.14.

<<<If a warrant can be bought for $6.50 and exercised for 14.14 with the stock trading @ $33.00, why isn't everyone buying the warrnat, exercising it and then selling the resulting common share for an easy profit?>>>

.58 of 33.00 is 19.14
6.50 + 14.14 is 20.64

This gives the warrant $1.50 of time value. It is _not_ trading at a discount. Hope this clears it up.
