Clinton shut down the government, worked with Republicans to reform welfare and balance the budget, shelved the Kyoto Treaty, left all Carter's green energy programs in the can, signed DOMA, started DADT, gave oil companies royalty relief to encourage drilling in deeper waters, began the program of rendition of terrorists, gave up on government universal health care, and pushed for free trade agreements over union opposition ... iow he did everything liberals hate, nothing they love and they love and revere him for it. If Obama were a smart man he'd do like Clinton and treat liberals the way Clinton treated them and Juanita Broaddrick.
