Yea... of course then the follow up point is: Is that relevant?

If you're a drunk tumbling down a slope and wake up at point A and stop yourself at point B, 20 more feet down the hill you need to walk back up there is "no doubt that you are worse off" at point B by measure of how far you need to walk back up.

So that's just a superfluous argument.

Take this example that is going to unfold in the future:

SOMEONE is going to have to jam interest rates up to their real level at some point, they are artificially low right now. So when rates go from zero to say 4% borrow costs increase dramatically on a % basis and the economy will go through some really rough times to say the least. So using BO's logic during that adjustment period you are "worse off" than when it started... but of course YOUR NOT! LOL!!

typical 'soundbite' that lacks any context... an OReilly/Hannity special effect so to speak.
