Africa could be the food basket of the world if the people will be properly educated in cultivating crops in sheltered crops fields and hot houses. The fact that much of Africa is on a high plateau (in some cases over 3000 feet) enable s the crops to receive more solar radiation and by this accelerate growth as water in general is plentiful if properly irrigated and stored.
