I think you can get there even as a basic function of awareness of what MSFT products are about... And, that is not "cutting edge" market killer apps... Instead, its about an aggregate in "good enough" but lowest common denominator functions... NOK requires performance at the cutting edge to compete... Windows isn't ever capable of supporting more than "the average"... by design... and culture... and inertia... So, perhaps NOK is counting on W8 to "get them back up to average" in "relevance"... But, then what... ??? That won't fill the holes in the financials...
