Yes, I'm "strange" in the sense that when I see THE FACTS... I address them... without being deluded...

I saw what happened, as it happened... and I'm saying EXACTLY what happened as I watched it occur... while not ignoring what I saw occur.

I pointed out already that NOK management are responsible for managing the company... and delivering performance in the result... but are NOT responsible for "the market price of a share". No company management is responsible for what happens to the price of the shares, day to day, as they're trading in the market... outside of their performance as management being reflected in the trade, or coordination with underwriters, and the occasional buy back, etc.

There ARE many others, however, who ARE responsible for having the basic operation of the markets NOT be based in perpetrating fraud.

I'm pointing out that the trading in NOK shares that we saw occur... WAS FRAUD BY DEFINITION...

I'm not saying it was NOK manipulating the trading history in their shares... perpetrating that fraud...

I'm similarly not saying NOK were responsible for NITE's trading debacle ?

I'm saying the trading history in NOK shares WAS manipulated... as we watched...

And, that is a FACT...

I don't think that's an "NOK managment issue"...

I do think that it IS an issue... and that it is one issue that you should not opt to ignore in considering what you see occurring in the trading of NOK stock...
