The question for you, then, is, do you think they could fit a larger... if not 41MP chip in the dimensions of that package ?
I looked up the 920 specs again and was shocked to learn that the 920 weighings in at 185g, which is heavier than my 169g 808, even with the 808's bulbous 41MP camera module.

Found that to be surprising. And it tells me that if they really wanted to, they could have figured out a 41MP design case for the 920. They really didn't want to.
