Two things. Romney is not like Bush Junior. I think Obama is more like Bush Junior than Romney is. Second, if the rightwingnuts hate Romney, then I like him all the more. I hate the rightwingnuts. I think they are as crazy as the leftwingnuts. In fact, I think the Evangelicals like Bachmann are as crazy as the Taliban. Romney is a moderate pragmatist masquerading as a GOP conservative so he can get the GOP based fired up enough to vote for him. Why do you think Romneycare was such a good campaign threat against him? Anyway, I like moderates and pragmatists. I shy away from the more extreme ideology. I like what works. If something works, then I want us to try it. If it's proven not to work, then I want to try something else.
