Yes he did. And he also knew about the ADP report and the discrepancy between the two reports for the past 3 or 4 months. And there is no explanation for the discrepancy. Now I find it interesting that starting today, Romney is also running against Bush policy. Isn't Obama already doing that? And hasn't Obama already reversed the Bush trend. So I wonder why Romney is running as a "me too" against Obama.
