You're right about the # of shares. Maybe the financing is par for the course for several development stage firms. They do say they have enough funds for this first leg of FDA application work. The shareholder group seeking increase of shareholder value (see SEC's Edgar Database) may have raised this concern of the dilution of EPS via the offerings. Hopefully they will get the blessing of the FDA while holding the lid on further dilution. Technical chart shows decent support around .60 or .65 cents. Below that one may see some "doubling down" or bottomfishing by those if us with strong hearts who picked up positions at northward prices. Neogen (NEOG) on OTC came out with nice earnings today in today's Journal. I hold some... Best, Brian
