Steve, with acknowledgement and regard for your concern and opinion, I am not sure this would be the right approach. I have a contact who travels to the area on business, and there is definately gold on the property. It will require substantial funding to properly drill out the property, as well as the adequate time to drill, perform a feasabitity study, retain the services of a mill or construct a mill etc., etc. Why wait? The only reason GHE will ever move up again, is if they find an economic gold reserve. Granted, it will dilute our shares, but if a 5 million oz reserve is delineated in the process, I am very prepared to accept some dilution for the corresponding increase in price we would see. Besides, the thought of paying Mr Hill his salary for the next year, while GHE sits idle and he drinks coffee, makes me reach for the maalox.

Regards Hugh
